This is one of a number of units you will study on the Advance into FE course.
You will find out how to promote good health and healthy lifestyles in many ways, for example by looking after your own personal hygiene, taking regular exercise, eating a balanced diet, not smoking, reducing your alcohol intake, getting enough rest and avoiding stress.
