After completing the tasks set out in the attached resources you should be aware that being able to use Welsh in the workforce is very important.Some of you will have some knowledge of Welsh already but others may just be starting out to learn the language – just like the children you will be caring for!

Simple greetings
Colours
Numbers
Watch the You Tube Video opposite, it shows you how to make great flash cards for kids. Think about:
Making them interesting
Colourful
Meaningful
Correct – please double check spellings
Use pictures to convey meaning instead of translating them to English
